Description
The talk will focus on the relevant documentation i.e. contracts dealing with the phases such as concession agreement, power purchase agreement, EPCC contracts, gas supply agreement, coal supply agreement, and operation and maintenance contract, the relationship between the various documents and typical issues arising out of and in connection with the documents and phases. Registration fees:
- Member of the Bar (Admitted after 1 July 2011) – RM50.00
- Member of the Bar – RM70.00
- Pupil in Chambers and law students – RM35.00
- Non Members – RM120.00
