Description

General Average (“GA”) is not just an old maritime principle — it’s a legal minefield with real financial consequences for Malaysian shipowners, cargo interests, insurers, and protection and indemnity (“P&I”) clubs. This webinar will cut through the jargon and focus on what the industry is really talking about — recent legal disputes, hidden liabilities, strategies to avoid costly GA pitfalls and how it intertwines with salvage.
