In today’s digital age, understanding data protection is paramount for every organization operating in Malaysia (including law firms). This essential webinar provides an introduction to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), delving into the 7 data protection principles and what you need to do to comply. We will also touch on mandatory data controller registrations and walk through the process.
