Description
This event is free of charge but advance registration is required.
The Malaysian Bar remains committed to advancing legislative reforms that promote inclusivity and equality for all Malaysians.
In particular, we continue to advocate the inclusion of the word “disability” in Articles 8(2) and 12(1) of the Federal Constitution, as well as significant amendments to the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008.
These reforms are essential to strengthening legal protections and ensuring
meaningful support for persons with disabilities.
