Speaker

Rajashree Suppiah

Rajashree Suppiah is the current President of International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, a trained Collaborative Professional, Mediator, Litigator, Founder of Messrs Rajashree.

She is dedicated to helping families and individuals resolve disputes with dignity, respect and constructive dialogue.

She is a seasoned litigator with over 20 years of legal experience representing both Malaysian and international clients. She has successfully handled a broad range of complex disputes, with cases heard at every level of the Malaysian courts, including the Federal Court.

Terms and Conditions

All payments must be made when registering for the event and include all bank charges. Proof of payment must be attached/enclosed with this Registration Form.

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 18 September 2026 (Friday) but substitutions are allowed provided (details are below in the Registration Form) adequate notice is given to the Organiser together with the name(s) and e-mail address(es) of the replacing participant(s).

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel or postpone the event, should circumstances arise that make such action necessary, whereupon all registration fees paid will be refunded.

CPD Points
CPD points will not be awarded to Members of the Bar and pupils-in-chambers who arrive more than 15 minutes late, are not present throughout the event, or leave before its scheduled end.
Privacy
The personal information that you provide to the Penang Bar Committee whether now or in the future, may be used, recorded, stored, disclosed or otherwise processed by or on behalf of the Penang Bar Committee for the purposes of facilitation and organisation of this event, research and audit, maintenance of a participant database for the promotion of this event, and such ancillary services as may be relevant.
