Selva Balan Sinnan qualified with LL.B (honours) from the University of London (External) in 1992.
He completed his CLP in the University of Malaya and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997.
He ventured into the teaching profession and taught undergraduate law students at one of the renowned law colleges in the city for four years and most recently taught Civil Procedure to CLP students at HELP University
