This talk is intended to help participants understand their role as advocates in preparing clients for mediation, and to manage and assist the mediation process. The speakers will address the growing trend of mediation as well as share their thoughts on mediation from the perspective of mediation advocates. Special focus will be given to the practical aspects of mediation advocacy.
