The Bar Council is pleased to announce its exciting collaboration with Monash University Australia.

From January 2018, Monash University Faculty of Law will offer a new programme specifically designed for Members of the Malaysian Bar (“Members”). This programme will include subjects offered online and selected classes available here in Malaysia — all taught by leading international experts.

The Monash University Master of Laws is offered in a range of flexible study options, including part-time and online study. Most subjects are taught in intensive mode at convenient times.

This collaboration with a globally recognised law school is specifically established in order to provide Members with meaningful opportunities for professional growth and development. The practice of law is changing rapidly, and studying with our partner, Monash University, will provide you with new skills and enhanced knowledge to succeed in your professional career.

For the full breadth of specialist subjects in the Monash University Master of Laws degree programme, lawyers are also invited to consider studying for a semester, or indeed for the full duration, at the Melbourne City campus of Monash University.

As part of our collaboration, Members are eligible for a 20% discount on the tuition fee for international students — regardless of the study mode or location.
