Notes:
- All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.
- For the rental of physical space, electricity charges will be imposed at RM160 per hour.
- Full payment must be made in advance before the booking is confirmed.
- Rental rates will be subject to any or all applicable tax as may be imposed by the Government of Malaysia, and any applicable Bar Council management support fees.
- An additional RM500 surcharge will be applicable for reservations on weekends, or after 5:30 pm on weekdays.
- On the day of the event, if it ends later than 5:30 pm, an extra RM150 surcharge will be imposed per hour or part thereof.
- Any damage to existing furnishing and equipment, or temporary storage / removal of furniture, will be chargeable.
