The talk will consist of a series of sessions conducted by practising lawyers, including members of the Bar Council Ad Hoc Committee on Personal Data Protection. The topics covered will include the key elements and principles under GDPR as well as the key differences between GDPR and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The speakers will also discuss the Draft Guidelines 3/2018 on territorial scope under Article 3 of EU GDPR
