Description

The Bar Council Human Rights Committee (“BCHRC”) and the Malaysian Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights (“MCCHR”) are organising the second Strategic Litigation Conference 2020 with the theme “Reinvigorating Human Rights for a New Malaysia.”

The conference will bring together human rights litigators, former judges, academics, and human rights activists from around Malaysia and further afield to contextualise recent developments in strategic litigation and develop strategies to further promote and protect constitutionalism and human rights in Malaysia.
