Speaker

Tatvaruban A/L Subramaniam is a partner in the occupational safety and health (“OSH”) practice group in Skrine. He regularly acts for and defends clients who are charged with offences under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994. In addition, he provides strategic advice for occupational safety and health matters. This includes providing emergency response and crisis handling services in relation to high profile and catastrophic incidents to ensure clients obtain the right assistance when it is needed.

In addition to his OSH practice, he also focuses on the field of construction law, primarily in navigating construction disputes.

Beyond his role at Skrine, he is presently serving as the Secretary of the Society of Construction Law, Malaysia and is a member of the Bar Council Arbitration and Construction Law Committee. He is also a contributing editor of the Annotated Statutes for the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and a co-author for Halsbury’s Law of Malaysia: Building and Construction.
