In-House Training: Criminal Law 101

We are proud to announce that Mr. Shashi Devan a/l Thalmalingam will be presenting “Criminal Law 101”. He will be offering a practical guide on the following:

  1. Criminal litigation process from investigation to appeal – stages;
  2. Rights of an arrested person; and
  3. Arrest, remand, bail & mitigation.

The invitation is open to all pupils. As this is a practical guide, the number of attendees will be limited to 15 pax so as to provide as much hands-on knowledge as possible. As such do register fast. If interested, please email carol@dnfn.com.my.
