Current Issues on RPGT, Stamp Duty & Special Voluntary Disclosure Program
The talk will focus on current RPGT issues such as the new RPGT 2019, new RPGT rates, RPGT treatment for Non- Resident taxpayers and documentation proofing. Apart from topics on RPGT, the audience will also enjoy the opportunity to learn about e-stamping and e-payment for document stamping.
Last and not least the audience will also learn about the latest information regarding the Special Voluntary Declaration Program (SVDP). The Q&A session will provide an opportunity to ask the speaker about any issues related to the topic.
