This presentation discusses the procedure to be taken in defending a person accused of a drug trafficking and possession offence.

Speaker

T. Vijayandran prior to being called to the Bar in the year 1990 was a Superintendent of Customs with the Royal Malaysian Customs and Excise Department. During that time he had been in charge of Prosecuting Customs cases. Subsequently he served as a Magistrate in Bukit Mertajam Court before commencing private practice. He has vast experience in criminal litigation mainly in trials and appeals that attract the death penalty.
