Description
The Bar Council Legal Tech, AI and Sandbox Committee is organising a webinar title “Defrauded in the Age of AI and Deepfakes: Remedies and Risk Management”. The session will explore real-world cases of AI-driven fraud and deepfakes from Malaysia, Singapore and across the globe. The session will highlight how technology is being misused and the risks they pose. Participants will gain practical tips on safeguarding against such threats, including client training and risk mitigation strategies. The webinar will also cover available legal remedies — both criminal and civil — and offer guidance on how the legal profession can respond effectively to this evolving challenge.
