Speaker
ANDREW WONG was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1978 and was a member of the Bar Council from 1987-1989. He was the Chairman of the Conveyancing Practice Committee (CPC) from 2008-2010 and the Chairman of the Solicitors’ Remuneration Enforcement Committee (SREC) for many years. He was a member of the Solicitors Costs Committee (SCC) constituted under section 113 of the Legal Profession Act 1976, when the SCC made the latest SRO 2023 [P.U.(A) 207/2023], which came into force on 15 July 2023. He is currently a member of the CPC and the SREC.
