Description
Get ready for an exhilarating legal showdown at the MyBar Sports Arbitration Mooting Competition 2025 (MyBar SAMCO 2025), happening from 24 to 26 October 2025 (Friday to Sunday), online via Zoom.
Organised by the Bar Council Sports Law Practice Committee, SAMCO offers law students a unique opportunity to explore the fast-growing field of sports arbitration.
Each university is invited to send one team of three students to represent their faculty in this national-level competition. Teams will go head-to-head in a simulated arbitration setting, tackling disputes inspired by real-world sports cases. The competition unfolds over three thrilling rounds—the Preliminary Round, Semi-Finals, and Grand Finals—designed to challenge participants’ legal reasoning, advocacy, and teamwork under pressure.
Sharpen your legal arguments, showcase your advocacy skills, and step into the arbitration hot seat.
