Join Linda Wang (Partner, ZICO IP) as she and Tan Tee Jim, one of a very few select group of Senior Counsel appointed by the Supreme Court of Singapore, discuss various new aspects of the Malaysian Trade Marks Act 2019. Amongst many achievements, Tee Jim is also the author of the authoritative textbook entitled “Law of Trade Marks & Passing-off in Singapore”. Tee Jim will share his analysis and thoughts on the interpretation of some of the provisions of the 2019 Act, which brought much needed changes and aligned Malaysia’s law with that in other developed countries including Singapore.
