Mr Trevor J M Padasian was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia, in 1991 and to the Malaysian Bar in 1993. Trevor has experience in the areas of Insolvency (Corporate and Personal), Family/Matrimonial Law and Corporate and Commercial Disputes.
He handles a variety of court disputes in all the courts including trials at the High Court and appellate work at the Court of Appeal and Federal Court. His contribution to the continuing professional development of the legal fraternity and public institutions include recent talks on Personal Insolvency (Bankruptcy) on behalf of the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Bar Committees as well as for the benefit of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad.
Trevor has also written articles published in Skrine’s Newsletter, Legal Insights, on a wide ranging number of subjects, including Insolvency, Family/Matrimonial Law, Constitutional Law and Human Rights and Personal Law.
