Teh Kok Hean was called to the Malaysian Bar on 13th July 2001. He graduated from the University of Glamorgan, possess a Certificate of Legal Practice and a Diploma in Real Estate Agency in Malaysia and has been in practice as an advocates and solicitors in Malaysia since then.
