Tee Tai Tzian is one of the partners in Messrs Tee Tai Tzian & Sim which is established on 1st November 1999. Mr Tee graduated from University of London in year 1992, Certificate In Legal Practice, Malaysia in year 1993 and had begun his practice as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 1994.
Mr Tee’s expertise includes conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of properties and loan documentations. Mr Tee had been drafting various type of Sale and Purchase Agreements for properties and shares be it simple or complicated agreement since the early of his practice. He also does civil litigations matters and involved in corporate advisory work including providing talks, seminars and in house training to clients, their staff and credit controllers on the do’s and don’ts in civil litigation. Mr Tee is also a legal advisor to few societies, associations and unincorporated associations in Klang Valley. Mr Tee is currently a member of Bar Council Disciplinary Committee and regularly appointed as the chairman of Disciplinary Committee.
