This seminar will examine the practical aspect for will writing, application for grant of probate and letters of administration, administration and distribution of an estate of a person and risk management. The speakers will also take the audiences through the various stages of estate planning and execution from practice perspective with explanation on the basic concept and fundamental of writing a will, determining the mood aof application, processes for obtaining probate or letter of administration of an estate of a person and small estate, its relevance with conveyancing practice.
