Description
This talk is jointly organized by the Selangor Bar Committee and the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) and will be presented by Tuan Saidul Sahri Bin Alkamal, an officer of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).
In line with current technological developments, the DFS has been enhanced and upgraded to DFS 2.0. It involves the renewal of the work process from filling up a PDS 1 form manually to the input (key in) of information into the system. This means that the user is required to enter the document information into the system before stamping is done.
However, the stamping procedure remains unchanged in which duty payers are required to bring the original documents to be stamped at the LHDNM Stamp Duty Counter. Affixed Stamp of Digital Franking are still in use for the stamping of documents.
The Q&A session will provide an opportunity to ask the speaker about any issues related to the topic.
