Description
The Bar Council Ad Hoc Committee of Personal Data Protection, Bar Council Cyber and Privacy Laws Committee; Bar Council Digital Communications Committee; Bar Council Intellectual Property Committee; and Bar Council Legal Technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Sandbox Committee are jointly organising a webinar on cybersecurity with the aim of providing participants with insights into the different stages of a cyber attack, from the initial breach and then execution followed by exfiltration, impact and finally living with the aftermath. It also aims to help participants understand the importance of implementing effective incident response strategies. This is your opportunity to raise questions on how to implement proactive cybersecurity measures, the legal implications of cyber attacks, best practices for incident response, and how to mitigate long-term damage following a breach.
