Alex Chang read laws at Queen Mary College, University of London. He is the advisory Editor of the Companies Winding Up Handbook, and has been a contributor to the Malaysian Court Forms, Winding Up section Volume 6. Give talks organised by Bar Council and numerous other associations. 12 years ago, he pioneered the concept of pay up or wind up. In rare occasions when his clients did not get paid, he would then wind up the debtors. He was the leading counsel in winding up of two public companies, Berhad,(CNLT Far East Berhad and FW Industries Berhad(2006) 1LNS 254 and countless private limited companies (Sdn Bhd).
