Description
The YSIAC Advocacy Workshop is an arbitration training workshop based on a hypothetical case scenario, an is designed to hone the advocacy skills of young arbitration practitioners. The case scenario concerns a dispute over a construction of a nuclear power plant, and a contract in question provides for disputes to be referred to Singapore under the SIAC rules.
The workshop programme features mock cross-examination of factual witnesses for both Parties by up-and-coming arbitration practitioners from the Malaysian Bar presided over by a 3-member Tribunal.
